On August 7, 1947, a silver aircraft, first circled over and then landed at Mauripur, Karachi airport. The first man, who stepped out of the airplane, was a tall and dignified man, wearing a pure white sherwani. Of course, he was our great leader, Quaid-e-Azam, the founder and the first Governor-General of the new country “Pakistan”.
