My last day in school Essay in English
The first and last day of school is uniquely important for students. My last day at school is still fresh in my memory. There are so many memories associated with my school life. Whenever I remember my last day at school, I get very emotional.
February 26, 2017 was a good day. I took my breakfast and put on a special dress and costume. I then left for the school where phone number IX had arranged a farewell party for the tenth grade. The hosts gave a warm welcome to the guests at the school gates. All the boys were dressed in shiny clothes. Everyone was in a gay mood.
The school was closed for the ceremony. So, there were only teachers and students in the second part. We were seated in a beautifully decorated school hall. We had a friendly conversation before the program started with the recitation of the Holy Quran.
The comparator welcomed all participants. The show has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes. Some students sang very good songs. A group of students played a comedy which was amazing. Parody of some famous people was a hit item. Some of our juniors also read farewell poems. We had a poetry competition with juniors. Finally, our esteemed Headmaster delivered a speech. He made all the students work harder. He prayed for our success and bright future. A group photo was also taken.
Then we were served a hot lunch with lots of items. I still remember the celebration of this occasion. He showed us the love of our juniors. After that, we all started walking around and taking group selfies.
There were tears in my eyes as I stood at the school gate. I couldn’t help but cry in silence. I had to leave the place I loved and was proud of. I left home with a heavy heart.
